You can definitely eat them raw! They’re packed with nutrients either way. Roasting can enhance the flavor if you prefer, but it’s not necessary. Enjoy!

RECIPE 👇 INGREDIENTS: • 1 banana • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter) • Chia seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, puffed quinoa, shredded coconut, for topping INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Slice the banana into 1cm slices. 2. Arrange the slices on a baking tray and flatten each with the bottom of a glass. 3. Spread a bit of peanut butter on each slice. 4. Sprinkle with chia/hemp/sesame seeds, puffed quinoa, shredded coconut, or topping of your choice! 5. Freeze for 1 hour. Let thaw for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy!

🥭 Mango Dragon Fruit Yogurt Pops recipe👇 INGREDIENTS: • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped • 1/2 cup plain yogurt • 1 tsp dragon fruit powder • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a bowl, mix together chopped mangoes and plain yogurt until well combined. 2. Spoon the mango yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper, creating circular spots. 3. Insert a wooden popsicle stick into each spot. 4. Place the tray in the freezer and let the popsicles freeze until solid (about 4-6 hours or overnight). 5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in short intervals, stirring in between until smooth. 6. Stir in the dragon fruit powder until fully incorporated. 7. Drizzle the dragon fruit-infused white chocolate over each popsicle. 8. Return to the freezer for an additional 20 min. Enjoy!
You may be able to maintain the most nutrient density in this recipe by only roasting about 1/4 of the seeds, which will give the batch that nice roasted flavor without diminishing the nutrients in the remaining raw seeds...

Spread the blueberries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 2. In a bowl, combine the yogurt and matcha powder. Mix well until smooth. 3. Evenly spread the matcha yogurt mixture over the layer of blueberries. 4. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the yogurt layer. 5. Hi! To store them, let the noodles dry for 1-2 hours so they don't stick together. Then, put them in a ziplock bag or a container. You can keep the noodles in the fridge for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

In a small saucepan over high heat, bring the water to a boil. 2. Once it starts boiling, add lemongrass leaves, ginger, and mint leaves. 3. Cover the pot with a lid and continue to simmer for 5 min. 4. Let cool at room temperature and then refrigerate until cold. 5. Serve in glasses with lime juice, sweetener of your choice, and lots of ice. 6. Garnish with lime wedges, lemon wedges, and mint leaves. Enjoy!
